City Creek Condominiums

This 31 story, 186 unit,  high-rise luxury condominium project sits in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City and has a Silver LEED rating. There were many logistical challenges as there is no room for storage and lay down. All material was delivered as needed on a floor by floor basis to deal with this problem. We were also in the lead in "collision control" and spent numerous hours laying out sleeves in the post tension slab. The duration of this project was approximately 24 months.
